There’s more than one way to work with me:
I offer single hour sessions for $300, and ninety minute sessions for $450. This applies to individual therapy, couples therapy*, and coaching.
Single hour sessions are best when the plan is to meet weekly within the “classic” model of getting ongoing, consistent support.
The longer session format is better when a person wants one-time advice or feedback (without the assumption of meeting regularly), or if someone wants a slightly more in-depth session. Longer sessions are often a better fit for couples as well.
If you’re not sure which of the above options is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I offer free, 20-minute consultations so that you can meet with me and see how I can help.
Psychotherapy can be paid for with insurance if you have a plan that will reimburse for an out-of-network provider, and many people pay for therapy with an HSA (health savings account).
I’m also extensively trained in group facilitation, and this service is available for workshops, seminars, and corporate retreats. Pricing for daylong events is available upon request.
*Couples can mean any kind of dyad including parent/child relationships, friendships, and business partnerships. I only work with couples in person; this service is not available via Skype.
