Each experience integrates practices like breathwork, powerful intention setting exercises, nervous system regulation practices, and yoga to help participants reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find clarity.

Upcoming Workshops
New in-person workshops are on the way, including a regularly-recurring program in Los Angeles starting in January 2025. These events will be held at Laughing Frog Yoga (Santa Monica Blvd near Bundy). The series is called Nervous System Alchemy: Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound, and I’m co-hosting them with my dear friend – the very talented, multi-hyphenate Julia de’Caneva.
